I you want to start your blogging website or online business, you can’t forget the importance of Yandex Webmaster Tools. How to submit sitemap in Yandex Webmaster Tools, I will narrate it in step by step guide. Just follow these steps:
Create Account in Yandex Webmaster Tools:
First you should create account in Yandex Webmaster Tools, without this you will not be able to do this task. You can create your account by filling the form provided by it, like this. By filling the first name, surname, enter a login, enter password, confirm password mobile phone number fields you will be member of Yandex Webmaster Tools.
Log in Yandex Webmaster Tools:
After creating account in Yandex Webmaster Tools, now the time to log in in this platform. You can log in this platform by Facebook, Gmail and Twitter account too. It’s depends upon you, weather you want to login with Facebook, Twitter, Gmail account or with your newly created account.
After login with Facebook, Gmail or Twitter Yandex will ask for terms and conditions. A new page will open to ask if you are agree with terms and conditions or not? like this.
Submit Website in Yandex Webmaster Tools:
As you know, now you are the member of Yandex Webmaster Tools family. Now you can submit your website or sitemap in Yandex Webmaster Tools. After first time login in Yandex a new page will open and ask for entering your website. I will ask enter the address of your site to use in search, as shown in the image below:
After clicking yellow Add button a new page will open to verify the ownership of your website, as shown in picture below:
As you see this page is asking you to add a meta code in your websites’s HTML head section. As I told you in tutorial of Bing Webmaster Tools, how to do this? If you don’t remember, don’t worry, I am showing you once again. You should go to the Webmaster Tools tab section of SEO in WordPress like this.
You can see I have already enter codes of Bing Webmaster Tools and Google Webmaster Tools while Yandex verification code section is empty, you can put Yandex code here and save changes in WordPress.
Submit Sitemap in Yandex Webmaster Tools:
After verifying the ownership of website, a new page will open to insert sitemap file, it will ask Add sitemap file. If you don’t know how to get your XML sitemap file, I recommend that you should read my Bing Webmaster Tools tutorial, it’s simple and easy and step by step guide.

By clicking the see the XML sitemap a new page will open with your desired XML file, copy web page address and paste in Add Sitemap file section of Yandex Webmaster Tools and click yellow Add Button. Now you have submitted your website in Yandex, now your work is done and now it’s turn of Yandex to work for you.
